Xinlong Ma is a Professor, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Co-supervisor. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the School of Medicine at Tianjin University, Director of the Orthopedic Medicine Center at Tianjin University, Director of the Tianjin Institute of Orthopedics, Director of the Tianjin Institute of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Orthopedics, and Director of the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Orthopedic Biomechanics and Medical Engineering. He is a recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance, one of the first Haihe Medical Scholars in Tianjin, a recipient of the Tianjin May 1st Labor Medal, a Tianjin Model Worker, the recipient of the Excellence Achievement Award in the second National Distinguished Doctor Awards, a model Outstanding Science and Technology Worker in Tianjin, one of Tianjin’s Most Beautiful Science and Technology Workers, Outstanding Science and Technology Worker of Tianjin, the 2020 Outstanding Hospital Director by the Chinese Hospital Association, and the inaugural “Tianjin Famous Doctor.” He also holds multiple positions, including Executive Member of the Orthopedic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Executive Director and Chairman of the 6th and 7th Orthopedic Injury Committee of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, Vice President and Chairman of the Integrative Medicine Committee of the Orthopedic Surgeons Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Vice Chairman of the Clinical New Technology Application Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association, and Vice President and Chairman of the Orthopedic Branch of the Tianjin Medical Association. Additionally, he serves on the editorial boards of several domestic and international academic journals.
